Shipping:
Orders that fit through the letterbox and are paid before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Product availability is indicated on the website, and if stock differs, we will contact you for a solution. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, as packages are not processed over the weekend.
Returns:
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days at info@bylima.nl and register via the return & exchange section below on our website.
Returns sent in a different way (e.g., to a letterbox) are at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any missing items.
