Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
All returned items must comply with the conditions outlined below.
14-Day Return Policy
At BYLIMA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your items. Returns must be registered within this period to be eligible.

Returns sent without registration may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• Original hangtags and labels attached
• Returned in original packaging, including any accessories or gifts received
• Free from stains, damage, or signs of wear
• No odors such as perfume, smoke, cooking smells or body odor
• Hygiene items must have the hygiene seal intact
• No alterations, customizations, or improper care
Returns cannot be accepted if:
• Tags or hygiene seals have been removed
• The item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse
• The item was altered or customized
• The return is incomplete or does not match the original order
• The item was marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
• The return was initiated or received outside the return period
We advise checking your item carefully before removing any tags. Once tags are removed, claims cannot be accepted.
Shipping Your Return
• EU customers: Use the return label provided through the return portal
• Non-EU customers: Arrange your own return shipment using a carrier of your choice
Please ensure:
• Sufficient postage is applied
• Your order or invoice number is included
• You keep your track & trace code as proof of shipment
BYLIMA is not responsible for returns sent via letterbox mail, unregistered shipping, or without tracking.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including exchanges, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.Quality Check & Refunds Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality control inspection, which may take up to 5
business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@bylima.nl,
including clear photos of the issue. We will assist you promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Final Notes
• Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused
• BYLIMA reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling
• Always keep proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed
