Return and exchange
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
To return or exchange an item, we request that you notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to info@bylima.nl. Register via https://bylima.shipping-portal.com/rp/
If you choose to return your return in a different way, BYLIMA is not responsible for delivery if returned to a letterbox. Check with the sender how the shipment will be delivered. We will not be responsible for any missing items from the shipper.
Of course, your item return is insured via our returns portal, so we advise you to return it with this!
The costs and risk of return shipment are borne by the customer, even if you want to exchange an item. Please provide sufficient postage for your pre-registered return shipment and do not forget to include your invoice number.

When trying them on, make sure that the items do not get dirty. For hygienic reasons, we cannot take back soiled items. We request that you keep your own briefs on underneath when trying on the burkini.
Your shipment must meet the following conditions:
✔The item must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, including all attached labels in the original packaging.
✔If applicable, the hygiene strip must still be present.
✔The item must not contain any traces of wear such as perfume, smoke or cooking odors.
✔Returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Outside this period, the return may be refused.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. BYLIMA reserves the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
