At BYLIMA, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange process within 14 days of receiving your items.
How to Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@bylima.nl. You can also register your return via our returns portal: https://bylima.shipping-portal.com/rp/.
If you choose to return your item using a different method, please note that BYLIMA is not responsible for the delivery if returned via a letterbox or unregistered mail. Always confirm with your shipping provider how your return will be delivered. We will not be liable for any missing items during transit.
We highly recommend using our returns portal, which ensures your return is insured and processed efficiently.
Return Shipping Costs:
Please be aware that the cost and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, even in the case of an exchange. Ensure your return is pre-registered and shipped with sufficient postage, and don't forget to include your invoice number with the return.

The return address will be automatically provided when you register your return through the portal.
Important Return Conditions:
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
Unused, Unworn, and Unwashed: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Hygiene Strip: If applicable, the hygiene strip must remain intact.
No Traces of Use: The item should not show signs of wear, such as perfume, smoke, or cooking odors.
Hygiene: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returned items that have been soiled. Please ensure you wear your own briefs when trying on swimwear or similar products.
Return Deadline: All returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside of this period may be refused.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, the same return conditions apply. Please ensure the item is in perfect condition before returning, and note that shipping costs for exchanges are also borne by the customer.
Important Notes:
- Condition of the Item: Any items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
- BYLIMA's Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the products are suspected of being used, damaged through no fault of our own, or improperly handled.
